Hi I stayed in this hotel on various occasions some time good service some times very poor. On this occasion the hotel booked me under wrong name so was unable to get any business calls. Even though I corrected this with hotel 3 times, still failed to resolve issue. Eventually the Ass Manager Mr. Maxwell gave me assurance that next time I was going to stay at the hotel I would receive a discount. The hotel has a great policy to admit nothing and to put anything in writing also. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I now. Hotel has some obligation to provide a service for money you pay. But this hotel let HK down and the paying customer down also. Nothing but lying cheating donâ€™t complain maybe you will get a free bus ride to the airport for all the hassle you have. 5 months of planning a business trip because this hotel was incompetent. Good look apart from this most staff are good and decent people canâ€™t say the management are the same.Raf
