We were severely dissatisfaction with the Best Western
in Fredericksburg, Texas.
A hotel clerk, named Denise completely mishandled a noise complaint when
the children were running down the hall. Even after my brother brought
his children into his room, she advanced on me and my family while we
were simply walking down the hall. I wasn't aware of the complaint since
we were not involved.
She was also entering our rooms without permission. When I knocked on my
brothers door, she used her pass key to enter the room before he could
answer. She tried to enter on two more occasions but by then we had
secured the door.
The police officer she summoned indicated that this isn't the first time
something like this has happened at this hotel that involved this
employee.
I suspect this may have been a case of racial profiling as we are
hispanic.
We were so disgruntled that we ended up checking out that
night.
