HORRIBLE Overall Score: 1.5
Please do not stay here if you value your life! This place was horrible. The website does not depict the truth. There was a cockroach running around the hotel room and the hot tub was about 85 degrees. The front desk informed us that there in fact was no shuttle and they were all out of bus tickets for the bus to Disneyland. They were absolutely useless at helping us. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay if they have the choice.
