The heater did not work. Toilet was leaking in the back. The leak flooded the bathroom every night. This continued for my entire stay at the hotel. I fell in the bathroom Saturday morning due to the water on the floor. The staff came along each day banging on all the doors to clean the rooms ASAP. My room key stopped working Saturday. I spoke with the manager on Sunday at check-out. I wanted to know if there could be an adjustment to the amount I paid. He just laughed.
